Any field that you leave blank will be ignored by the search engine, so if for example you do not specify a vessel name, the database will look for data that applies to ALL vessels. You need to fill at least one of the fields in order for the search to run.

Examples:
a) COTP Zone: Baltimore (lists vessels operating in Baltimore)
b) AMPD: Company A (looks for all the plans that list Company A as a contracted resource)
If you click on any of the "list" buttons, a pop-up pick list will provide you with a list of current values for the corresponding field.
